Where do you ship from?

The United Kingdom! Whereabouts depends on the item, as some are stocked at my home, and others are printed especially for you. But everything is produced + posted out from here in the UK regardless.


How long do orders take?

Shipping times can vary a little, but you’ll always find a dispatch estimate on each listing. Around the holidays, things can move a bit slower, so thank you for your patience!

If you’ve got tracking, you can follow your parcel’s journey there. If not, don’t worry - it’s likely just working its way through the system. Need it quickly? I recommend upgrading to First Class (UK) or Tracked shipping at checkout - those options usually get priority.


Can you do a custom order for me?

Most likely, yes!

If you want to talk about combined postage, a design of mine on a different bit of apparel, or a new thing entirely, just drop me an email and we can work it out!


Can I have a tracking number for my order?

If you were offered tracking at checkout + selected the upgrade, your tracking number will be emailed with your dispatch notification.


How do I find my size?

Each listing includes a size guide in the product photos or description. Still unsure? Send me a quick message - I’m happy to help.


My order hasn't reached me! What can I do?

For UK orders, most parcels arrive within 2-4 business days after dispatch (1-2 if you chose First Class). Royal Mail occasionally experiences delays, especially during busier months, so please allow up to a week before getting in touch.

For international orders, shipping can take up to 25 business days depending on your location, local customs, and postal service (business days don’t include weekends or holidays).

If it’s been longer than that, just drop me an email - I’ll do my best to help track things down.


I've added a few things to my basket, and the combined shipping is so expensive! Is there anything I can do?

Yes! Sometimes the different shipping profiles on different items don't add up how they should (the maths is very confusing at this end) - so if you think you're being overcharged, please email me or use the contact form and I'll happily work it out with you.


Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns, unless in the event of faulty or damaged goods. I do not accept returns or refunds based on item sizing issues. Please refer to our size guides provided on each listing or contact me if you have any queries.

To be eligible for a faulty goods return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with photographic evidence showing the faults or damage.
